Return Policy

We’re happy to exchange merchandise for an item of equal or greater value within 30 days of the date of purchase. For an exchange, the original price tag must be attached to the item and be accompanied by the original receipt. Items without an original receipt may be exchanged for half the value of the tagged price. Sorry, we can’t issue refunds.

All Jewelry Sales are Final
No returns or exchanges on jewelry purchases.

Untagged Merchandise
Items without tags or with altered tags will not be sold.
These items must go through our inventory process for re-tagging and will be returned to the sales floor in approximately 2 to 3 business days.

Merchandise Holds
Due to the large amount of items that flow through our store daily, we’re not able to hold merchandise or contact a customer when a specific item is re-tagged.
